Do some checks before installation:
1. Set the output resolution of your signal source not higher than TV, and set the max resolution not higher than 1920*1080P@60Hz.
2. Connect your devices directly and check if they have image output (without HDMI extender).
3. If setting up multiple videos, it requires a Gigabit switch, which distributes the videos via MAC.
